Purebred Welsummer rooster?

Photo is from an advert for purebred Welsummer eggs, colouring and leg colour look a bit off and the rooster looks a bit 'beefier' than a standard Welsummer am I right?

His size looks fine to me, but the coloring on his chest looks wrong, iirc they should have a solid black breast & pants

He could also be a "purebred" from a hatchery. If you're looking for show birds go elsewhere, but if you just want a big bird that lays brown eggs, make sure the hatching eggs are brown
