I have a hen named Sally whose comb has always been sort of flopped to one side, but recently I’ve noticed it turning slightly purple. I checked her vent and she appears mite-free. I have looked at her fresh droppings and there are no worms in them. What can I do? Is her comb going to start to necrose? I’ve added a picture of it. She is vaccinated for Marek’s disease. She is acting normal, eating and running when I shake the treat jar like the other hens. Her eyes look bright and nothing else seems wrong with her.

I don't see anything to be too concerned with. Purple can be from a lack of proper circulation, but your hen doesn't seem dark purple enough to be worried about.
