Purple Necks on 10 Week Old Guinea Keets

Is this normal for guinea Keets about 10 weeks old to have purple-ish coloring on their necks?

Yes. It all depends on the color of the guinea. My royal purples begin to get purple breasts at around 2 months which is roughly the same as yours. Yours look like purples. Or are they violets?

I'm not sure what they are as I bought them from a bin at Southern States and they were just labeled as Guinea Keets. I'm loving the purple colors though. So beautiful!

It is normal. Your young guineas are pearl grays. Isn't the purple coloring around the necks beautiful? It will change over time, but while it is fresh and new, it is stunning!
