The horse tote fully lined with an interior pocket and velcro tb close.I just designed this shabby chic purse,it has a velcro tab close and inside pocket. The fabric along top will fray giving the woven plastic a nice soft look.Shipping will be per zip code and this is a no smoking pet free home,Thank u for looking.
