Pus pocket in eye?

One of my largest (and shy-est) hens looks like she has some sort or pus pocket in her eye lid. She keeps closing her eye and standing still too:

Its barely visible in the picture since the only way I can lure her close to me is by pretending I have treats for them.

Does anyone know whats happening?

It's very hard to see, can you get someone to hold her while you take a photo? It's easy to catch them when roosting, so that may be a good time to get a better picture.

From what I can see, it looks like she may have a couple of lumps on the side of her eye? If there is pus, then flush with saline, remove any visible pus and apply an eye ointment like Terramycin or Vetericyn eye gel.

More concerning is your mention of inactivity - from the profile photo of her, check her crop to ensure it's emptying overnight - feel the crop when she goes to bed, then first thing in the morning before she eats/drinks. Should be full in the p.m. / empty in the a.m. Also while you have her up, check her over for any lice/mites.

Watch to see if she is eating/drinking well.

Also, I think it's fowl pox because 3 other hens have the same symptoms. We have some Poly-Vi-Sol on hand, thankfully.

Poly-Vi-Sol (no iron) would be good to give a couple of days a week. It's possible it could be Fowl Pox, hopefully we can tell with more photos

Fowl Pox will usually resolve on it's own in several weeks. Since it is near her eyes, watch for pus or discharge, flush gently and apply your ointment. Try not to disturb the scabs to reduce the spread.

It could be Fowl Pox. I see a couple of lesions on her wattle as well. Hopefully it will resolve itself in several weeks. Watch for indications of pus or bubbles (infection) in the eyes. See that she is eating/drinking well.

UPDATE:
It's very clear now they have fowl pox, and now the other two Welsummers, our Plymouth Rock, and one (possibly both) of our Faverolles are showing symptoms (though the hen I made this post about (whose name is Timber) has it the worst) We put a Triple Antibiotic ointment on the pus pockets near her eye, along with another Welsummer. I hope our dark faverolle, Gandolf, doesn't have it, she has too many problems already (poor girl)
