put eggs under broody - when will they hatch?

I bought 14 Marans eggs to put under my broody hens. The eggs arrived in perfect shape yesterday. I let them rest for 24 hours and put them under the broody hens tonight. I know it takes 21 days for them to hatch but does today count as day 1? Or is tomorrow day 1? I put them under the hens at about 6:00 PM tonight if that makes a difference. Thanks.

Tomorrow is day 1. Count 21 days from today. And it can take a day or 2 longer with broodies if it's cool out and a day or 2 quicker if it's hot.
