Put them in the Hen House first or tghe Run?

My chicks are ready to go out to the coop. Do I put them in the Hen House first and lure them out to the Run or the other way around?

I put mine out in house first.open the pop door and you will have to coax them out.if you have any grass out there they will eat it all in short order.how many do you have? I have 5 girls and 1 roo.how old are they?
