Putting a pullet with almost year old Hens and a game cock

I've never really had to deal with hens much till recently, and I have a pen of 4 red stars with a two year old American game (best protection for the hens when free ranging), I'll be picking up a game pullet that the owner says is about 7 months old but when I looked at her she didn't seem THAT OLD, but she has a few tails about 3inches each so I figured she's definitely older then 18 weeks, I'm just worried about the hens possibly picking on her and picking her feathers in which I don't want to happen, when I introduced the rooster they actually beated up on him at first but it changed over the next day. Thoughts? Or should I just put a screen door between the run and coop so the pullet has a space and they can see her and figure she's apart of the coop before taking off the door? Think that'll help keep them from being rude once introduced if done that way? Or should I just keep her seperated period?

Thank you! And I know, just aesthetics is a big thing to me, a happy chicken makes a happy me. I'm just gonna make a screen door and put it between the coop and run there, the run has a good jump to the rooster so she'll still get her exercise and will have quite a bit of room alone as the hens watch her, the run also already has a built in feeder cup on the roost as well as a hanging watered by the roost so I have nothing to do besides make the door! This coop was built to house 6 but we rid two leghorns (they were super mean), so should be no bloody combs, I clean the pen nearly twice a week so it stays free of flies and poo everywhere. Sadly got to go to the lake this weekend so I can't handle or accompany the new pullet but will have plenty of food & water til Sunday when I can get back to them to start slowly letting her around the flock!

Might also get two birds, instead of just one. One bird, gets pecked by everyone, by adding two or more birds, the pecking gets spread around.
