My 12 week hen was sick, took her to vet, got her on antibiotics for presumed coccid, been separate for 24 hours, seems like she is pretty much back to normal and also angry about her living arrangements. Should I be worried about putting her back out there after 1 day? Doctor did not think quarantine was necessary, did it mostly for my peace of mind/ making sure she eats and stuff.

She should be with her flock to prevent future integration issues. Also, the whole flock is usually treated for coccidiosis at the same time. Corid is easy to use, and it is not an antibiotic. Was she treated with sulfa antibiotics, Corid or toltrazuril?

Sulfa (TMS) but the vet thinks there's something specific to her that she was reacting to a pretty mild level of colonization by being ill, when most birds her age would be fine. I do have corid, bought when they were a week old, but vet recommended against flock treatment. Then again, she's an exotic animal vet, not livestock specialist. 🤷‍♀️
