I just took my 3 ducks outside in the grass for the first time today. My brother notices one of the ducks, its wings looked like q tips was sticking out of them? The other 2 wings looked normal. All 3 are around 1 month old. The ducks wing, is that normal? Has that one just not got all its fearthers on its wings yet? Thanks for all the answers!

Totally normal, those are just the feather shafts that the new feathers will grow out of. This is the age when they start getting in their adult feathers, so no worries!

I will be calling this Q-Tip wings from here on out, that is a super cute description.

As said above those are new feathers growing in, your babies are growing up on you.
