I've heard a lot about honey being a good thing for some birds and can have a lot of health benefits but there's not much on quail and honey. Is it okay as a small booster for baby quail? I had a unfortunate hatch and really want the baby that made it to be healthy

How is the baby doing?

Quail seem to do well with the same things that chickens do well with.

I give ones that hatch hard save a chick vitamins in their water.
Baby is doing great, getting very active and sassy now. Adult feathers are starting to come in 🥰

We're hoping it's a girl. Since "she" was the only one we named her Nemo.

Is she lonely, or do quail do okay by themselves? I don't know much about them. She's adorable, by the way.
They are a social bird and should have a friend unfortunately we had a bad hatch and only have her but we have more eggs cooking so she won't be alone for long. I have a baby blanket, small teddy bear and several mirrors in with her so she doesn't get lonely (and we give her lots of attention) ☺️
