What's the best incubator for quail eggs and where do you get it? How much success have you all had hatching quail eggs?

The only bator I have used is the LG, and it is terrible for the quail!! I have heard that shipped quail eggs are hard to hatch though, so maybe it's not just me. I had a total of 51 button and A&M cortunix quail eggs, 13 are still in the bator, and they all look clear. Of the others, I got 3 quail total. That's out of 38 eggs from that batch!

If there is a bator that is better for quail, I would LOVE to know!!

Urrgh, that's too bad!!! I really wanted to get some lil quail, but no one will ship less than 25 chix and I don't need more than a dozen! There's got to be a good bator for quail, or no hatchery would ship eggs!

out of 35 eggs I had 6 buttons. The rest where either to weak or half developed. My brower did pretty good. I am using it again for cortunix and buttons. Will let you know in a couple weeks how things go.

I just order a chick-bator from GQF w/4 bobwhite eggs for less than 21 free shipping. I homeschool and thought it would be a good way to get our feet wet hatching. Now I'm worried it was a mistake. I'll post before Christmas if they hatch.

Thanks, but what's GQF??? Here's a newbie being confused...

Hovabator Genesis from Cutler Supply. I use the quail turner and have had great success. Always 75% or more hatch rate.
