Quail building nest, does this mean they're going broody?

I gave my quail some dry grass and straw and they have started to build a nest. Does this mean that they will be wanting chicks soon? I wanted to get some chicks soon. I know it's rare but I'm hoping they will hatch some eggs out for me.

My coturnix build nests a lot, at least a couple do and they'll lay in it for a few days then next thing I know they've torn it up and made a new one elsewhere. I have yet to have a coturnix sit on eggs . my buttons are another story I made a nest for them and they liked it and have started laying eggs in it instead of kicking them around like footballs. I have had buttons sit and hatch chicks. One hatched a coturnix chick.
