Quail Butchering

Once upon a time there was a really nice little thread specifically on butchering quail...and I can't find it back for the life of me. Doesn't look like I saved the link.

Anyone know what I'm talking about and have the link? Kind of stretch I know but I'm drivin myself crazy trying to find it with Search.
