Quail chciks stuck in their shells

Well got home from work and went right to the incubator and pulled another 25 or so out. I have around 50 eggs still in the incubator. Id say around 10 have cut all the way around the shell but havent popped out. I checked late last night and they were still pipping but still havent changed. I tried to help one and noticed the membrain was glued to it. I misted the eggs with warm water to hopefully moisten the membrains on the others. The two i tried to help died over night. I cant think of anything else i can do for them but keep misting them. My humidity is 80 to 85%. Temp id 98..Should i turn the temp down a little? How long do i give them to break out before i clean out the incubator and write them off as wont hatch? Im thinking the rest of the chicks that havent hatched are stuck in the shells..
Any sugestions????

Do not try to pull the membrane you can chip the shell off. Then see how they do
