quail chick dying :(

It has been a long time since I have posted on here, but I am having some problems that I need some advice on. I have some 4 week old Georgia Giant Quail and they are dying left and right. I think they are laying on each other. They are plenty warm and dont seem to be really laying in big groups so I know they are not cold. They are not pecking each other and I have red lights on them. They have plenty of feed and water and also hay. Please help! They were doing fine, and then I lost 4 today and 4 yesterday!!!!!

not a expert considering i just hatched my first quail 4 weeks ago, but what i read is after 4 weeks you can take the brooder light away since they should have most of there feather grown in and could produce there own. try taking the light away maybe they are just getting over heated.

I did that lastnight and they all seem fine this morning. I am going to see how they do through the day today. Thanks
