Quail chick gasping for air? (Video)

I have a button quail chick, hatched just about two days ago. He has been like this for the past ten hours maybe. He hasn't been eating or drinking at all, mostly sleeping although he will wake up every now and then to go run around with the other chicks. I am worried although I dont know if maybe he got a little water in his lungs or if its some kind of disease. I've been giving him water with a syringe for the past few hours as well as some food. I just put a drop of water on his beak and he drinks it, but then afterwards begins to raise his head up and down. I uploaded a video to youtube so you all can understand it.

I highly doubt he has a disease..
one drop of water getting into his lungs can kill so be VERY careful forcing water into him.
