Quail Chick suddenly started struggling to walk.

My 1 week old quail chick has been perfect up until a couple hours ago and she's started scooting along the ground, struggling to walk. She eats and drinks. Her feet don't look splayed and I've just given them vitamins in their water. Is this normal or is she sick?

Can you post a video of the chick? It would help in determing what's going on with the little!
What does the brooder look like, what is the temperature of the brooder? What % protein feed are you feeding?
