Quail Chick

Hi! My last quail chick finally hatched last night and now, 12 hours later, he seems to have spraddle leg but I’m not sure. His other leg is fine just this one is kind of side ways on his toes. Thank you!

I think it's alright. Most of the quails that I've hatched are like that for the first day or two.

If they're a late hatch, a lot of times they grow too big in the shell and their legs and sometimes neck can get a bit messed up. Give them a few days to a week to straighten out. If it gets worse you might can put a sandal on them, but it should works its way out.
