quail chicks suddenly dying

Chicks suddenly dying. One chick seemed healthy, hatched 2 days ago, now is flopped over, is just limp when I pick it up, and can't stand anymore. One of the other chicks died this way. Is it an illness? is there anything we can do?

95 would be way too hot for quail in my house I start them at 85 and they do fine.
