Hi, I had 7 quail chicks, and 3 of them already died. It is day 8 of them. Is it something wrong with how I’m handling them? 3 died, 1 was born with curled toes, 2 was born weak, and 3 was fine, super healthy, feathers even started to grow. Then today, boom, dead. Is it something I should be worried about or is the 3 that died just had something wrong with them since birth?

What are you feeding them? How are you heating them, and what is the temp? What kind of bedding, and how is the brooder set up? Can they get themselves drenched in the water?

Could you try different feed? Something they are eating might be making them sick. The chick in your other post looks like he was in pain. Pics of the set up and info requested from FloorCandy may help.

I will try a different feed. I searched my feed and it only has 12.5% protein. From my research, that is super low. I’m working on buying them better feed.

That's definitely way too low. 28% is minimum for chicks. Do you have eggs you could scramble and feed them? Seeds like quinoa (along with grit) and feeder insects are also a good option. Just regular chick feed (usually 20% protein) with feeder bugs you would be doing better.
