quail ear infection?

How is the bird doing? In I have to agree with @Ravenlover in thinking that she looks like a coturnix not a button. Button quail get to be about 4" long at full size. The markings also look more like a coturnix than a button.

Buttons fit in the palm of ur hand but your coturnix are very lovely I got excited thinking u breed a giant button

it’s actually not that bigg! i’m not sure if it’s normal but they are around 1 year old and still quite small!! but they are healthy and happy i hope also the ear infection has gotten so much better and it’s not red anymore!! thank you so much for everyones help!

That looked like an Italian golden Coturnix quail to me not a button quail
