Quail eating Bullsnake!

Had some quail missing yesterday! Got home from work this morning to find out the culprit, 5 foot Bullsnake. Had 3 more quail and a pheasant egg it had eaten last night or early this morning.

Where theres one....theres more!

I would have cut it open just to see...

It doesn't look like it has recently eaten... normally snakes bulge very visibly especially after eating quail. But i'd still get rid of it. It seems like after eating quail it wouldn't be able to fit back out the cage...

PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong... about snake digestion...

This is just based on pet garter snake.

Were they baby quail??

5 week old birds, Northern Bob's and Mexican Speckeled Bob's. I did cut it open after I took the pics, that's why I know it had eaten 3 and an egg.

Update:
So far I have killed 4 Bullsnakes, I'm down to 8 of 20 quail I put into this enclosure. They don't bother my grown quail just the 5 to 6 week old ones.
5 ft., 4.5 & 5 ft., 3 ft.
