I have 6 quail eggs that I put into the incubator one day after another in groups of 2. For my first 2 I put in today is day 21 and one of them pipped yesterday and hatched this morning but I still have nothing from my other one, Im scared as it is day 21 and it hasn’t even pipped and the other egg I put in at the same time has already hatched!!!. What should I do?

Has it hatched yet if it hasn’t you should probably throw it out

Be patient ;)
That evening I tried hatch assist and it was alive and it’s head was between its legs, I put it on a damp paper towel and put it back in the incubator. An hour later I had a look, it wasn’t moving so I opened the egg up and found that it tried pipping the other end of the egg but couldn’t get through and died, I couldn’t get it out any earlier coz there where still blood vessels.

Out of 6 eggs I got 2 chicks, I check all the other eggs and they where all malpositioned. I don’t know what went wrong

My blood chick is dry but the feathers in its head have dried stiff and stuck to its head, what should I do

'Preen' it with your fingertips and/or nails...or a dry toothbrush.
Or just leave it, not that big of a deal, nothing to worry about.

Were these shipped eggs? Poor positioning isn't uncommon if so..
I'd just leave the afro alone. It'll work itself out eventually..
