quail egg treatment

hi i have never incubated quail eggs before and would like to know how should i treat quails eggs just before incubation?should i just add water after i take the egg turner out humidity around here is about 20 to 40 percent? thaks for answering

17 days.
99.5 degrees if it is a forced air incubator. Slightly higher if still air.
Days 1-14 your 20-40% humidity should be fine.
Days 15-17, raise humidity somewhere in the 50-70% range. It is not an exact science and your local conditions may warrant slightly different levels.

This is assuming you are talking coturnix. Other quail incubate for longer.
