How many days before they hatch do I have to stop turning the eggs and what temperature do I need and humidity levels?

I've only hatched one batch of Northern Bobwhite Quail so my info may not be exactly correct. It takes 23 days for quail, same temperatures as for chickens 99.5 and probably the same humidity levels 50% the first 20 days and up it to 60 to 70% the last 3. I'm not sure if some folks would agree with the humidity level but I found that mine did well with a higher percentage. I had 9 out of 15 hatch. I stopped turning the eggs after day 19.

Do you know what breed because it is important

i stopped turning on day 15 and mine hatched on day 17
19 popped out within 2 hours

I have not been on so to answer what breed they are: the tan Coturnix, or the brown Coturnix. My hatch should be the 15th of January.

It really depends a lot on what breed we are talking about. HOpe you find the right answers
