Can you feed this food to baby quails? If so for how long should I feed for?

You are likely buying from tractor supply based on your picture. The same manufacturer has a Gamebird starter. I would recommend the GB starter over the chick starter. Also medicated feed is not needed for quail as far as I am aware.
