Quail first pip, at the wrong end. Help?

Hi all,

I noticed a pip in one of our coturnix eggs this morning. It's at the small end and I know the air cell is at the big end. What should I do? I saw it at about 3 am

ETA it seems there's been a slight increase in the cracks but no hole yet.
