quail for profit?

I'm making a larger setup for my coturnux quail, and I expect that once it is all set up I will have excess quails, and especially eggs. Does anybody know a dependable source for selling quail and\or eggs? I see ads on craigslist but that doesn't seem reliable. Possibly a farmers market? I'm not sure.

Farmers Markets, restaurants(especially Asian), & word of mouth. Those ate probably your best options.

Many farmers markets no longer allow live birds. Check local and federal restrictions on sales of eggs for consumption. The USDA website is probably a good place to start

I thought eggs were the one thing that was exempt. I actually had a USDA guy suggest that I sale eggs to help get to my quota for the minimum profit I have to earn to stay qualified for my loan I'm trying to get.
