Quail hatching weird

I had 21 Coturnix quail hatch 2 weeks ago I noticed one of their head is upside down It looks like the Hunchback Notre Dame. It hatched late and is smaller than the rest

Sorry I know nothing about quail. First I would suggest you post in full detail with photo if possible at "emergencies, diseases,injuries, cures" thread. Has this bird been eating and drinking on its own? Second you should also post on the quail threads at "Other Backyard Poultry" forum, in case this type of problem has occurred before in quail. I hope this issue will be resolved.
