Quail Having Spasms and swollen eye

one of my 8 quails became very tired and weak a day ago and was curled up most of the time in the run. she has since started having these spasms with her head which have been pretty constant. anyone know what's going on or what I can do to help? I have taken her inside and kept her in a box with food water and bedding but she is just rolling around.

Does she have an injuries? Sounds like a head bonk. Has she been picked on? What's the roof/ceiling like in her living space?

she doesn't seem to have any injuries, she didn't seem to be picked on particularly, the hutch is about a meter high with wire netting on the roof.

Has she improved or worsened? My guess is she bumped her head some how which is common in quail since they are so jumpy.

OK thanks, she doesn't seem to have changed. Still moving her head erratically but jumping around less probably because she's exhausted. I'm starting to think it's time to put her out of her misery
