Hello everyone pls help me my quails have pecked the egg Tuesday morning at 7;00am it’s Wednesday 1:00pm and the hole is the same size should I help it

In my (fairly limited) experience no..... but then I see you wrote this on Wednesday so I’m guessing something has happened either way now... I’m sorry no one replied to you, it’s hard when you don’t know what to do. How did it work out??
