Quail hen in need of help!

Hello friend,
I need a little help
I got a quail hen today,from a guy who has like millions,he said she is old.2 yrs he guess..
I took her,she was in a closed dark garage,standing on net floor.with other 20.
She is extremely smelly,nearly open her eyes,walks weird like she is drunk falling over,and all of her feathers are hard and ugly,not normally fluffy.
But she eats a lot and poops good.
I fear she is gonna die.
Someone with experience in quail can suggest smtng?

Is she extremely thin ? Perhaps she just was not getting enough to eat in her old home because of competition from all of those birds.
