whats the pvc pipe for? do you have an autowatering system?​

Open pen,lift top either side, yes auto water 2 1/2" pvc with 1 1/2" holes
every 6 " . at this time I have 40 quail in this pen with room to spair..
forgot to mention the egg catcher under black feeders . made out of drip cap .
