Quail leg injury

Can you give us a better picture? It sounds like she may be healing, but it's really hard to say with picture. If you can upload a video to YouTube and post the link here, that would also be helpful.

You said it’s limp and she drags it behind, but in the photo she is holding it up. Dragging a limp leg sounds like a slipped tendon or other soft tissue damage, holding it up seems like it is not soft tissue. Check the bottom of the foot and the leg for any cuts, bumps, or swelling.
Yes it goes limp from the some point on the upper leg so she can still lift it slightly and there are no cuts or bumps or anything on the foot but there is some swelling in the upper leg

Yes I’ll try I need someone else to hold her to get a better picture really so I’ll just be a minute

Hope these are a little better she keeps squirming 😂

Are the toes a bit swollen too? It doesn't look too bad, so I'd say keep doing what you're doing and see if she heals. If she starts to fail, or stops eating and drinking, then you have the choice of a vet or cull, but until then, keep up the good work.

The toes aren’t swollen I don’t think and thank you I’ll keep an eye on her and keep her inside then for now 😁x
