Quail seems stuck after unzipping

It has been well over 24 hrs since the first pip, and 6 hrs since the chick started unzipping. This is our first time hatching quail, and first time using an incubator (we've hatched chickens with broody mommas a handful of times.) The membrane seems to be drying up and the baby just keeps pushing the same spot. I don't want to intervene, but just wondering when I need to be concerned and potentially assist.

I was going to tell you once it’s zipped if it can’t get the cap off you may need to pull the cap and let baby finish pushing out
I had a duckling zip to the end of the egg and nog around last night it had been 36 hours so I zipped the cap and baby got herself out
