Borrowed an incubator and bought some quail eggs online and have spent the interim reading all sorts of informative posts on this forum. The silly things are hatching today (day 19, apparently they didn't read the instruction manual). This batch hasn't finished hatching and I've already ordered more eggs (colors!). I think I'm addicted!

Welcome to BackYard Chickens! Normally, in your case, I'd say that the chicken math got the best of you, but seeing it's quail, I say they got their own 'math' working on you.
