Quail?!?!

I heard quail are a joy to have around! Are they? I kinda want quial!

They have personalities, lay tons of eggs, mature to eat, the males crow, and are just generally fun!

So I guess the answer is yes!

They need a 24% gamebird feed, a little shelter from wind and cold, water at all times.

I like my Coturnix. They are SO mellow. All the others I have raised are flighty & CRAZY!

I had chickens and ducks before,

I like them but they tend to make noise , some times early in the morning and sooner or later it becomes anoying. Sometimes you feel diaponted for feeding your flock for month and months and dont get any eggs.

Quails are very easy to care , you dont need a big area unless you need a lot. 10 quails will take the room of 1 hen


The males make a very pretty noise like a bird

they get tame if you gat them use to it.

and the most important thing is that they grow quick , hatch fast, and lay soon


Im just happy with quails
