#1 and #3 look like roosters... cant tell on #2 ....you have to either witness breeding or crowing from a rosetta or vent sex. Post pics of the other twos chests to confirm it

Males have a rust color chest and females have a cream colored chest with speckles. Take pictures showing their chest and we'll be able to help you better
