I need some help. I hatched some quail but they can't walk. They lay on there sides and just move around. I keep my temp 99.5 and my humidity 60% last 3 day raise it up to 80%

I'm not sure where you got those humidity numbers but they are responsible for the issue you're having. If the birds can't walk or stand you'll need to euthanize them.

When you run the humidity past 70% the egg begins to fill with moisture and usually drowns the embryos/chicks in the egg. Never run your humidity above 70%.

The first 14 days run it close 50% as you can then the last three push it up the high 60s but try not to let it pass 70%.
