Quails always fight

So I have 3 males and 5 females in the pen they are around 5-7 months old, and theres this male called Honeydukes, and he aways bullies my other male, Nugget. ): And Honeydukes is ALWAYS mating every single female. Sometimes he mates with the other males female cause my other other male, Rocket, bites Honeydukes whenever he mates with one of my females, Lulu.

Nugget has a huge personality, and he cowers or pretends to be asleep or something when Honey is around. Last night, Honey actually bit Nuggets eye, luckily he just bit the eyelid, and he can see perfectly fine and the wound wasnt big or anything, barely visible, so I cleaned it up and applied like bird wound healer or something I got from the vet.
Honeydukes spends most of his time in a separate tub next to the big pen, and I add a different female everyday, because the females dont mind honeydukes and they preen each other and its pretty cute <3

Any advice? - We are sending about 3-4 quails to a local BEAUTIFUL farm, where they take in poultry animals and other animals.

Your ratio is very bad. Usually it's 5 or 6 females for every male recommended. And even then, some males are rough breeders and/or intolerant of other males in the same cage

I'm very surprised that you haven't had a scalping or worse yet. For five females you should only have one male. It is possible to have more than one male on a pen, but it's not recommended.

Just searched up what scalping means, and yes, some of our quails do have scalping, but it looks nothing like the ones on google, i mean they dont bleed or look that severe? Theres some missing feathers but seriously, its just 1 or 2 feathers missing and no blood or wounds.
We are sending them this Monday, where they will get the luxury of their lives

Scalping is when the skin is torn, otherwise they're just feather picking

By pecking them, when they mate they bite into the feathers to hold themselves on top of the female and often take some of those feathers when they fall off.

Your ratio is incredibly bad, don't put 3 males with a mere 5 females or you're gonna have a lot worse than feather plucking. Even 1 male for 5 females can sometimes be too few females..

Give them plenty of space and a lot of hiding spots, move 2 males elsewhere.
