Quails toes bent and neck crooked

I have a baby quail who has bent toes and walks on his belly! He also has a crooked back so his neck goes down and his head goes up (a funny kind of shape) can someone help please. He walks on his belly with the help of his knees

Sounds like he has spraddle leg and possible wry neck. Both can be treated successfully in some cases.
