How long should I keep my 2 new chickens (5 weeks old) separated from the flock. The place I got them looked reasonably clean, but had a lot of winged creatures. I was thinking 2-3 weeks.

Usual recommendation here is 4 weeks. But there could still be problems.

Usually a month is the reccomended amount of time. Better safe than sorry. Good luck!
