Quarantining question

So my neighbor down the road(around a mile away) asked if I wanted a rooster for my freeranging hens. I said oh yea sure thank you.

He said he'd come drop it by later. Lo and behold he meant literally. I went out to check on my goats that afternoon and noticed wait, what chicken is that??

I had planned on a month long quarantine but uhh he was running around with the girls.

It was a very squirrely rooster so I wasn't able to catch him until he went to sleep, is it too late for quarantining him?

Would it be helpful at all?

I shoved him into my quarantine pen once I caught him. I'm not sure if I should just let him out.

My hens haven't been bullying him so far but he wasn't sleeping in coop either.

Thank you!

Probably not helpful but you don't get guarantees. I guess it is possible they haven't shared anything yet, but after them spending that much time together I would not bother quarantining. If they have anything they have probably already shared it.
