We would actually rather our members use the report button rather than posting on open forum or sending a PM to a Staff member.
If you post on open forum and the post was after all legit, it can cause hard feelings. If you choose a staff member to send it to, that staff member may be away from the computer or doing something with their family and the issue may not be addressed for a while.
Using the report button alerts the first available Staff member and sine we discuss just about every report and situation, the issue will be handled in the most timely manner and fairly and consistently across the board.
