I just became the proud owner of a Jiffy III egg scale by Kuhn. It's the blue one shaped like a chicken. It came with a nifty 2 oz weight for balancing the scale so it weighs correctly. The directions that came with it for balancing are confusing to say the least. It talks about a 21 oz weight and loosening a thumb screw etc..... Umm..... I don't think so. Does anyone know how to correctly balance this scale? Help!!!!!!
