question about a possible illness

I have a hen id say at oldest she is maybe 6 years old. Never had any health issues aside from an occasional poopy butt. I have her quarantined now because i have no idea what in the hell is wrong with her.. She eats and drinks and walks around although she is a bit wobbly and she sticks her butt straight up in the air. The rest of the flock seems to he entirely healthy. I have been soaking her because she still has the poop butt so i thought maybe egg bound or something but i cant even find anything online about this.

Has she been "clucking" while walking around with her butt up in the air? If so, she might be broody. Although I've never had a hen that old go broody.
