Question About Blues & Splashes

So I have three Bantam Cochin chicks.

One is definitely a splash. It's white with a few blue colored feathers.

Now the other two, they are what appears to be blue, but they have one or two whiteish feathers in their wings. You can't see the white feathers unless you pull out their wings.

Are they considered blues or splashes ?

How old are they? Do you have pic's? It's possible they are blue and the white feathers will go away after their first molt. Pic's would really help.

Probably white on the wing tips turning bluish farther up the feather? They will be blue.
