question about chick not growing feathers

Is there a problem with this chick? The chick is about 4-5 weeks old and the rest of them are feathering out nicely but this one just doesnt have much going on.

Probably just slow to feather out.

This chick eventually fully feathered out but it took much longer than her other 7 hatch mates
