Question about city ordinances...

Hello- I'm new here. I'm so glad to be joining you. I have a question. I am about to make a move to Seymour Indiana. I have made multiple attempts in finding out if city ordinances allow keeping backyard chickens. Any help you can offer will be appreciated.
